In a crit build I like Increased AOE and Ele Prolif for the shock since TS has a high crit chance already. Adding a Q added light in a 4l makes it even better. Just a couple blocks in and most stuff is shocked.

Curse on Hit + curse(s) of your choice. Mine is Tempest Shield + Curse on Hit + Enfeeble + Temp Chains. Dual-curse anything that I block a hit from.
