Not responding on Loading screen

Can you tell us a little about your computer specifications? How much RAM do you have and what OS do you use? If it's Windows, do you use 64 bit?

If you ever leave the loading screen there for a bit, does it load? Say if you leave it for a minute or two?

Have you managed to play PoE before?
