How to deal with lightning/cold reflect

Hi! I'm interesting how to deal with cold / lightning elemental reflects if you are playing elemental with. I know that fire / phys reflects are usually countered with AA, but what about other damage sources?

elemental leech? it is pretty small and hard to achieve...

purity of ice/lightning, flasks with flask effect nodes.. certain shields have +max resists too, whether they are worth it depends on your build

and as usual:

spell block/dodge (if caster)
block/evade/dodge, or life on hit if you deal many hits (works for attacks)

Before I had decent leech and Purity of Cold my cold witch used a Pyre for cold to fire conversion + AA.

Was annoying to switch for reflect pack, though.

Lightning? Dunno!

My Crit Arc witch deals with reflect by:

A) 1% lightning leech from wand
B) Warlord's Mark from Curse on hit.

The 8% or so life leech I have is more than enough to mitigate most reflect hits.

You can combined this with spell block if needed.

But with the curse it's been extremely rare for me to even hurt myself past 90% on a reflect pack.

Spell block is the best mitigation for any kind of reflect.


Mind over Matter works wonders as well...

I use pyre to counter cold reflect and the three dragons to turn that conversion into a dps boost.
