UI: Seprate Debuff icons and Buff icons on top corner

Please make it so that either debuff appear on right top corner, or as a second array beneath buff icons.

Right now it is very hard to notice these icons. There is a reason most top HC players are using a bot program that detects debuff status and auto-uses appropriate flask.

PoE is an amazing game, but when it comes to quality of life features, it is really bad.
