+#% to all resistances does not count in (pseudo) (total) +#% to Cold Resistance if that item is not a two-stone ring and if item has +#% to all resistances and doesnt have +#% to cold resistance, search with (pseudo) (total) +#% to Cold Resistance would not show that item.
