Do they stack?

If each were applied at once, say a mob was standing in a fire trap, while caught on fire from a fireball, and in searing bond...and righteous fire, would all four sources of ignition be doing concurrent damage, or is it the highest of any applied and the other weaker versions ignored?
ignite is a status ailment coming either from crit or chance to ignite. Its base duration is 4 seconds and burn potency is based on how much fire damage was dealt with initial hit. Only the strongest ignite can be active at the same time

ignite is one of the sources of burn damage. the other sources are:
righteous fire
searing bond
fire trap burn ground

burn from the same sources does not stack. burn from different sources does

There is only one source of Ignite, and that is the Fireball.
Burning Ground, Searing Bond and Righteous Fire are all plain Fire Damage over Time (Burning Damage) effects - they are not the status ailment Ignite.

Strongest Ignite plus any unique Burning Damage effect (ie. FT, SB and RF simultaneously, but only one of each) applies simultaneous.

flameblast seems to ignite too but I forgot to mention that one
As Ludvator said, Fire Damage that Crits will Ignite its target. Additionally, Chance to Ignite will apply Ignite.

So yes, Flameblast Ignites.
