What are must have leveling items for bow builds?

So decided I hated melee gonna stick to range and make a bow build, probably Ranger. What are some good leveling uniques I should grab to make my grind up to mapping as fast as possible? I have the following stuff to pick from and I guess its a decent start but Im missing some pretty obvious things like a bow and quiver.

Elreon -x to mana cost jewels. This is really a huge boost to leveling speed.

Depending on the build you want to do;
Storm Cloud Quill Rain Silver Branch are all very solid leveling bows. Quiver is fine just to get a rare. Lochtonial, Maligaro, and BlackHeart are solid from your list. Foxshade and Karui fall into the "why not?" category. <3 Free Tibet <3
