I would hope a level 90+ with 8+k life would do that on a level 67 boss. The invers would be odd, the game story being made for builds stopping around level 80.

We actually have tons of mitigation diversity - max block, over max resists even over 100%, huge es or hp w/ instant leech, dodge/evasion everything, armor, lighting coils, MoM's with 1500 mana sec, Immortal call, etc...and all the hybrid stacking. They just cant figure it out or choose to be total glass and complain.
