fracture map bug

I was searching map for items I leaved, I just found boss what I miss but counter showed 0.

looking at your image let me automatically hit all number keys 1-5 at once.

I also had this bug outside of maps (no fracture). I even got the "full clear" message for the achievement but there were still creatures left. It seems to bug sometimes.
