Got one from a strongbox a while ago. Felt a little sad. Would probably feel the same about Marohi Erqi. Some uniques didn't stand the test of time.

the problem is GGG inability to balance their stuff
GGG cant add "different"/"atl" stuff they add Worse or better ZiggyD is the Labyrinth of streamers, some like it, some dont, but GGG will make sure to push it down ur throat to make you like it

The biggest nerf to this item was the nerf to Iron Reflexes. Every Ranger goes evasion now. And this basically means reflected hits will always hit you (unless you block or evade it via acrobatics).
