cannot instal game(unable to mapviewoffile in mapchunk)

i get this error ..i searched web and could not get a good solution.
any suggestions?

normally the mapchunk error is ram related, either not having enough physical or being limited by your OS being 32 bit...not hear of it coming up though when you try installing(always been a crash when playing the game)

Could you post a dxdiag(post it in spoilers) and tell us what the HDD is formatted as
