Graphic issues - Only with PoE.

Hi there,

I'm running PoE from Steam and i'm encountering some graphic issues, here and there... Sometimes my WHOLE screen turn to Green and get splitted into two overlaped screens in the same monitor.

Even with Alt+Tab that graphic issue persist.

Sometime i can play PoE For 5 days without problem, and then BAM that thing happens back to back.
These issues are only happening to me when i am playing path of exile.

Here's what i've tryed so far...

Hooking / Unhooking Vsync
Rebooting / Fixing computer
Updated graphic card drivers
Updated GeForce program
Cleaned the fans inside computer
Changed resolution to different setups
Changed Windowed to partial windowed to full screen game.
