He ment AA, but since they are around the same price-class, i would instead use the one that is preferred to your playstyle.

You lose a LOT of defensive bonuses to buff minions only for clearing maps not for boss kills. Also, once a minion gets a kill that specific minion will get unholy buff, which might be in the end of that specific spirits duration causing the buff gained on kill completely useless. So there are WAY to many factors pointing towards instable DPS gain from the chest piece itself in terms of using it for SRS.
Adding other minions, preferably spectres, you don't only lose sockets, you also have to get minion life nodes on the skill tree etc etc etc.

TLDR;
It is super bad compared to Belly & CoD for any version of the SRS.

Ah, I see. On Beyond Belly seems to be a lot cheaper than CoD (15-20c vs 2-3 exalts), so I guess I'll go with Belly.

What is the difference in playstyle if I use one over the other?

Well, the fact that belly is better with eternal flasks with recovery speed or increased recovery, because of the fact that those flasks become almost instant, while with cloak, its better to use 1 seething/bubbling paired with a slower but stronger recovering heal flask, and you also need to spent a slot for a preferably instant, or fast regening mana flask, for your MoM, meaning you have to micromanage a bit more.

Reason why CoD is more expensive than BotB is probably because on beyond there is a lot of spike damage, and CoD naturally tends to work better vs spike dmg (if you have a big mana pool that is, and considering some have 1.5~2k unreserved mana, thats most of the times a full 40% mitigation on everything, but with SRS you wont reach that, obv, else CoD would always be better.

This my second hardcore character. So I need to earn currency atm. Hence I need to gear like a poor man's MF that won't easily noob rip (my first hc character was a facebreaker that literally stood at Merveil's face on that Ledge unique map - quick death - I couldn't afford a Lioneye's remorse :( ).

Any advice? I'm currently at level 71. My tree is a little bit different since I've look at other SRS builds too.

I can safely solo 66 maps now, except when a big badass beyonders pops-out and are too scary.

Got ~40 fuses right now and these good stuff:


What's my next step? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Personally I think you shouldnt do MF with SRS. Srs builds are already not so tanky from their nature (they rely on dpsing down packs) so you really wont be very safe. About going poorman's Mf, I dont think you should drop clear speed for MF, because clear speed in a way is more drops. Try to join a dominus farm group if you really want to get drops. If you really want to Mf, look for a dedicated MF beyond build instead. Another thing is that you really should never mf before lvl 80 in my opinion, since the build will never be done before that point and you wont have all your defensive and offensive perks yet.

A small note on the tree btw: at gravepact, you picked the minion life and 3% leech nodes instead of the 2 attack speed nodes, please pick the attack speed ndoes instead, since these 2 dont buff SRS. Its also gonna be a huge damage bonus to link hatred to generosity, and try to get points into sovereignity asap so you can equip haste.
