Singapore server just went down.

Don't think it's fixed yet. I'm still facing the same problems. I can get >450 ping when i hop between town and hideout, which is normally 15ms for me. The zoning just isn't ping consistent when playing alone. Sometimes 500ms, at times 15ms.

Are we being re-directed to us/europe servers?

I sent my WinMTR trace to GGG support a few days ago, and the response is that there is a "hop" that is causing the problem, and as it lies outside GGG's server infrastructure, there is nothing they can do about it.

For those of you who are getting the same problem and are playing in the S'pore gateway, can you post your WinMTR traces as well? Maybe we can help GGG support figure it out.

Yes i have been having this problem as well, usually playing with around 5 - 15 latency. lately i've been getting latencies between 300 - 450 ms, but that seems to be only on specific servers on the Singapore gateway, sometimes i still get the 5 - 10 ms latency but it seems to be getting rarer and rarer these days.
