Out of the gate,build advise mom+eb scion

just got done with my first build ever,but after chasing the idea of completing my build effect wore off i realized that build doesn't fit my playstyle and for me is boring too play.
so now that i have a far better understanding of game mechanics,builds,and all that i decided i was going scrap my first and create a build i thought looked the most appealing too me and would fit what i wanted too do in the first place.

bandits:
oak +40 hp
oak +18% physical damage
alira +1 power charge

my goal for this build is too use the cloak of defiance and eldritch battery,another big point i'm trying too focus on is using wands.
so for now i'm leaning towards a physical wander with power siphon,using arctic armor,clarity,molten shell/enduring,immortal combo.

so any advice,thoughts,ideas would be amazing.
