Runic blade skin + WoE?

Basically, I bought the runic weapon effect a few days after it came out. I was kinda dissapointed after I realise that I only have 1 runic blade effect. Hence my off hand is half a WoE. Maybe GGG could do something like making it appear on both hands for WoE or just remove the skin of half the WoE?

Thats how its always worked with Wings of Entropy, people would probably complain that they couldnt use whatever they wanted on the second axe if that were the case as well.
