Unwavering Stance and Critical Strikes

If a character has Unwavering Stance, does this also remove the chance to avoid critical strikes?

I think the question he was trying to ask is "does unwavering stance remove the second evasion roll from a critical strike that has the chance to turn it into a normal attack?"

I think the answer is yes, you get no rolls from evasion when using unwavering stance.
