gems need:
Hatred/Grace/Enduring Cry/Reduced Mana
Molten Shell/Enduring Cry/Temporal Chains/Cast When Damage Taken
Spectral Throw/Added Fire/Lesser Multiple Projectiles/Blood Magic/Faster Attacks/Weapon Elemental
Damage Double Strike/Melee Physical/Multistrike/Blood Magic/Faster Attacks/Added Fire
Leap Slam/Blood Magic/Faster Attacks/Increased Area
