Don't have the currency to craft gears to make use of them, so have decided to sell the gloves. Somewhat similar; went hybrid and skipped zealot's rather than going lowlife. Picked up a bit of damage and attack speed to make up for the absence of both pain attunement and righteous fire. Mitigation was monstrous.
