CI and MoM

Mind over Matter does not work with Chaos Inoculation.

Is it possible to set MoM mechanic as... Mana before ES before Life?

Will there be builds that would be overpowered if such a change is implemented? After all, CI and MoM are very far apart the passive tree.

The interaction is intended. It was considered in development and discarded last I heard.
