A change for armour.

Looking at the lightning coil thread on reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/2i0rzj/suggestion_buff_armor_so_lightning_coil_isnt_bis/, I think it's fairly obvious that armour needs a buff.

So instead of just slightly tweaking numbers like usual, let's add another feature to armour.
It should also slow down the intake of damage. What do I mean with this, well once you get X amount of damage, rather than have it subtracted immediately from your HP or ES, you just get an amount Y that gets reduced every second.
Still the same amount of damage, but more time to react properly to it.

In this case, evasion still gets some mitigation with lightning coil, but with a lot of potential for 1 hit kills. While armour gets a little more mitigation, but will be it's own advantages.

Vote +1 to change Path of Exile to Path of Nerfs.
