cwdt / ec / ms / ic , help

Im having trouble with my cwdt , enduring cry , immortal call and molten shell setup
So the molten shell part is fine , i get hit , shell activates , i get more armour , sweet I get endurance charges fine from enduring cry , sometimes 3 , thats ok , But as for immortal call , atm I get nothing for this seems like a waste of a gem What should I do to make this better ? Switch IC and EC. That way, EC triggers first generating Endurance Charges, allowing IC to consume them and improve its duration.
