I suspect that the best way to take on your character would be cyclone or molten strike with lgoh(with max block and purities ofc)

I'd probably run lgoh either way though on that map.

Can't help but feel that spectral would be more effective than wander as a Grandmaster build purely because of the extra mobility - can you imagine how fk'in annoying trying to kill a character that can whirl across the screen in half a second and kill you from offscreen with Faster? xD

I wonder what would happen if you get max res first though. The rebirth of RF PA? :P

Doesn't work with CoE, only the quality part of RF works with CoE and it's minimal.

Everybody who was in before gets carried over automatically, if you want to give free bumps though that's not a problem :)

Possibly, but I want to use my Wand when I get immortalised forever. I also worry about Whirl a bit tbh - AI is a complete moron vs Puncture as it is, I don't want to encourage the darn thing.
