Can anyone give me some criticism on my Molten Strike staff build?

Hello exiles,
This is my first attempt at making a some sort of a build to play on beyond league.
I am looking at going staff Templar, with Molten strike as the only attack (supported by blood magic gem so i can use some auras). I am looking at using Hatred as it takes some of phys damage and converts it as well as added fire damage on the main attack, with the Heralds thrown into the mix (or Vitality instead of one heralds)

this gives enough life to survive and enough oompf to actually kill stuff.
