I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Have you tried lowering your texture quality to medium? That usually helps.

If that's the case then I recommend closing any other programs you may have running in the background.

This error is caused by the game running out of RAM, and is common on low-RAM machines and ones running 32-bit Windows. If you can log in using the non-Steam client that would also probably help. If not, send us an email at support@grindinggear.com and we can help you with that.
