Please, add PoE on Steam in Russia.

Greetings. I'm a huge fan of PoE and i would love to play this game on Steam. It has been a lot of time since PoE was added to Steam, yet it is still not available in our region. Dear GGG, russian PoE community would be really greatfull if we could play this game through Steam. Lack of translate is not a really big problem.
