Minion Instability

Is this Blockable? If so, is it considered a spell or a regular attack?

It's neither attack nor spell damage, it's secondary damage. Secondary damage cannot be evaded, blocked or dodged.

I nearly died to Minara Anemina and her Minion instability. I tried to enfeeble it. Does this work on her?

Enfeeble should affect minion instability damage if you cast it on the minions themselves.

But minion damage is not player damage (which is why summoners literally don't care about enfeeble maps), so casting it on her is pointless.


Anyway, it's pure fire damage, so just pop a flask.
