What are the requirements for joining? Time zone and active online time for guildies?

Time Zone is PST. We are a night guild usually, most of us are active from 6-3am. We ask for a coin donation from each member to increase guild size and guild bank currency space. Pm: protisimulation for more details if you are interested.
