Error loading runtime

Hi,
I'm new to PoE and cannot even install the game, it always stops at error stated above. Tried allowing through firewall and still no use. I'm using Win 7 x64. Please help! Thanks. | |

can you provide any more information on the error? when it happens? what else it says? the more descriptive you are, the better support you'll get.
