Incorrect display life in HC

When i obtain "Chaos Inoculation",in full description life no changes by "1".
No visual or some effect who remind me there I have only 1 point life.
When I dying and resurect in Default League that changes and I understand my "mistake" with that point on "passive tree".
Please resolve that problem.
