PROGBLEM WITH EXP GROWTH, LEVELING UP

I noticed, that I have a problem with gaining experience. Most time playing in party's I noticed that after for example ending party run killing piety my exp is getting lower than it was when I started playing in party. When I was in party, i was somewhere near 50 % of my current level (52), but when I left the party after killing piety, it was reduced to 11%. I hope you can help me with this issue.

if you are playing in cruel or merciless, you lose 8% and 15% respectively each time you die

Sounds like you are playing on ScrubCore (SC).
When one dies in SC one looses XP. You died and therefore lost loads of XP. Next time, dont die. Hope this helps. zzZzzzZzzZz
