Its been brought up before, and I think the main reason is the work behind preventing clipping issues between the cloak and the characters legs.
That makes sense, though how is it that countless other games are able to achieve such a feat?
Other games dont have a 50 joint limit :P Though im sure WoW has a low joint count as well. Wonder how they do it.
Agh, who's responsible for all that tech stuff? Was it Jonathan? I think it was ... Well, just tell whoever is responsible that they should lift their ass, stop downloading porn and give us some capes ;P
