evasion pure 180? level 49 arbitrary 15% less damage on affected skills 15-25% reduced recharge time of skills Detonate is supported by skills in this item 12% increased damage (so the skill is overall stronger but at a cost) 7-15% less damage taken after taking a hit maybe too ambitious but that recharge time modifier is really need to push mines into viability and trappers into late game id rather see it on the tree though. I am worried about cold snap with this item being too strong early. maybe i'm being too lenient on the less modifier but i really don't want to keep this from being used with those skills ya know. If you want to be able to lay more mines and/or traps, damage reduction is certainly one way to go. Another path is adding cost for the gained value, such as increased mana cost.

Not a bad idea but mana cost have the ability to be ignored given enough mana re-gen or just mana gain/leach.
I feel the cost should be present making it a choice that you cannot make lightly and that changes your play style. |
