does shock stacks effect the damage from fire traps burning ground?

i think i know the answer is yes, but want to confirm it with better players. i started a trap build and have been doing a 3 dragons firestorm build and got to thinking about using the helm with fire trap cause you still get the burning ground and the burning damage that comes with it. i know you wont get the extra ignite damage with it with 3 dragons but the shock would make up for it. could this work?

Yes, it increases all damage taken from any source.
