Blood rage gem do dmg in time ( 4% of hp). So my question is.. It can be blocked by spell block / block ? greetings | |

No, damage over time can't be avoided in any way, you can only mitigate it, with chaos resist in this case.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
