Nvidia optimus new problem

Hi, im playing on a samgung rf 511-s06 with an nvidia 540m as a dedicated graphic card, i know that i have to "manually" set to use the nvidia card with right click on the poe icon and run it, but now when i do that it keeps using the intel one :S.
