Comprehensive list of Crafters?

I'm looking to get some work done on a few items but I can't seem to find a list on the forums with a list of trusted people who can get the job done! I'm relatively new to the Forsaken Masters community so I have no idea who I can trust not to just run off with my stuff! The Diablo 2 community ruined me for that trust heh. Anyone with any information?

What league are you on? If you're on Rampage Dreadnaught99 (Wizard Lizard) has every master at 8, but has a crafting fee, and Shaeltal has lvl 8 Elreon free (but you should probably tip)
