Black screen while starting up game.

When I load up Path of Exile it gives me a black screen which changes my cursor to in-game cursor but never loads. Path of Exile has been playing fine for the past week and this just happened.
I am using a Asus K55VM laptop with 8GB RAM and Win 7 Home Premium and NVIDIA GeForce GT 630m. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance | |

Black loading screen is semi-normal. If you leave it to sit long enough does it eventually load properly? By that I mean, start up PoE then walk away from your PC for a few minutes. Don't ALT+Tab or anything.
Also, having your DxDiag.exe export ("Save all information" button) would be helpful in diagnosis. Make sure you post it inside of a spoiler tag to keep the thread clean, or post it on a different site like PasteBin then link it here. Also, are you using the Stand-alone/Web client, or the Steam client? |
