Unable To Enter Haku Mission Area

Hi, I'm having an issue with a Haku Mission that spawned in one of Zana's map areas (Precinct). I found Zana in a crypt map, and her mission was "Complete another masters mission". So I entered the precinct map, found Haku, spoke to him... and I cannot seem to enter the area.

It is "Haunted Lair" for the Karui Spirit mission. No matter where I click, how I click, from which area I place my character and then click... it will not let me enter the area. I'm not sure if it's a terrain/tileset issue but I'm just curious if this is something that can be corrected. If it is a known issue or something I'm doing incorrectly on my end please let me know.

Sort of sad since it was my first Zana mission after doing quite a few maps (I don't get to play much) and I could not complete the mission to acquire her. :(
