Can not complete or abandon Tora daily quest

I was doing my Tora daily quest yesterday with two other party members. After killing all the infected monsters, the quest log says mission was completed. But I could not complete the mission by talking to Tora. The option to abandon the mission was missing also. Because I couldn't complete or abandon the mission, I couldn't start my other daily quests either. Eventually I had to create a new hideout to forcibly abandon the quest.
