cant find spell effect

i cant find a spell effect i have looked for about ten min's.....it says you cant delete them did i break it

They can't be deleted. I recommend making sure you have a character in each league and checking your stash tabs in each. If you're still unable to locate it please contact us at support@grindinggear.com and we will be happy to find this for you.
