My ping normally is like 20-30ms, but the last day or so it's been anywhere from 300-1400. I've ran anti virus, reset router, tried VPNs and Proxys with no luck.

Shaw cable here too (Vancouver, B.C.), and latency is so bad tonight the game is unplayable. Around the time of the FM launch, there were problems specific to Shaw, but it looks like other people are reporting problems tonight.

Shaw cable here, I'm in Langley, 200-2500ms ping all night. Also had 3 disconnects. Completely unplayable.

Yep, this is all Shaw. Yet if you call them "It's not their problem and it must be the server you're connected to"

I'm on shaw too, and having similar problems.

However, I'm not having problems with any other online connections, so it sounds like it's a problem somewhere along the route. That means it isn't actually a problem with my connection or shaw's connection, but with the routing or the PoE server connections themselves.

Same Shaw cable in Surrey. bc Latency is way higher than usual, and they also told me its not them... garbage

*UPDATE: I spoke to them over the phone this time and was informed that it is them, and they are actively working on it, :( not much we can do

It has gotten better, though periodically it does degrade again. Not good enough for the hardest bosses yet though.

And as Canadian ISP's go, Shaw is usually pretty good. What's up with all these problems with them?

Speak for yourself. I have had constant ping spikes for the last couple months. Nowhere near as bad as tonight but I'll go from 50ms to 300ms semi-regularly.

Also have had a ton of problems watching any live-streams on any websites. Doesn't matter the quality (1080p->360p) it won't stream smoothly and is constantly buffering.
