My Friend's account got locked. Need help please

Hello GGG,
My friend live in a dorm right now and he left his computer unattended in his dorm. His roommate, decided to be funny, posted random things(dorito ad etc.)on global chat. And now, his account got locked. His account is gradeso. He already emailed you guys, but you guys haven't respond to him. So, do you think you could unlock his account? Thank you. 1) edit out the email address. you're not doing your friends favors posting HIS email address in a public forum.
2) no one can do anything with you posting FOR him. post/email and support will only help him. If he already emailed the address in the Contact Support, then nothing else can be done. Last edited by Drakier on Sep 17, 2014, 10:55:53 PM

He's the one who wanted me to do this. His account was lock so he can't post on the forums.
