Yes you're correct [sarcasm].

1) He clearly described computer hardware that is overkill for the game.
2) An SSD does not care whether the content on it is defragmented or not as such an operation has zero impact on the performance of the device.
3) A virus/worm/malware infection is likely to have more obvious effects which affect more than a single piece of software and very likely won't only cause stutter when specific game content is loaded.
4) A network issue isn't likely to cause a performance issue with the game application as a whole, it is very likely to cause a desync or hamper the gameplay experience within the application however.

I admit a replay feature feature would be hilarious.
We could have a new official show: top ten death every week ! Hell ! Maybe even every day !
