Constant Crashes and DC's

Both DC's and crashes happens when I'm entering a new instance or zone, FYI.

You need to post more details of the crash. Any error messages you're getting... any errors in the Client.txt log file... any associated errors in the Windows Event/Error log. SOMETHING we can use to diagnose your issue. Your post is WAY too vague to be able to have any idea what is actually happening.
