Improving build

Hello to everyone. I should start with this that is my first character in Rampage and in PoE at all. I would be happy if any of the experienced players could help me.

I am using Reave as a main skill.

Here is my deffensive and offensive stats with Hatred, Herald of Ash and Tempest Shield


And here is my gear and skill tree


My plan is to link Herald of Ash to Elemental Proliferation as soon as I get the right colours.


What I am asking is if you can give me some tips for some dps/survivability improvements because I feel like I'm not doing something right... I often die, map clearing speed is not very good. I tried to use Aegis Aurora, but I felt like it's way better with Lioneye's Remorse.

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advice.

If this is really your first character, and you aren't following a build guide (which is the only reason I can see you asking for help here) then I'm quite impressed - that's much better than anyone I know who made their own character first.

One thing you should probably do is put Empower in an off-weapon slot - the 125% mana modifier applies even though at level 1 it's not doing anything for you. Then, if that frees up enough mana, you could try to get 2% mana leech on a piece of gear and see if you can run off mana instead of using the Blood Magic gem.

Also, using a Cast when Damage Taken - Enduring Cry - Enfeeble (or Temporal Chains) will do wonders for your survivability.

I was running Cast When Damage Taken - Enduring Cry - Warlord's Mark. They are level 20 now. I recently read that it's more effectively to use low level CWDT but in that way the curse doesn't work well because it has low area of effect. So which is better the low level CWDT or the max level with curse?

I will try that thing with mana leech and use Added Fire Damage, thanks for that!!

Well I lied a bit, I had one character in standart league 20 level Ranger but I thought it was unnecessary to mention.

Waaay too much Damage and not enough Survivability.
