afaik, it only reflect those curse from the enemies. http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1119850

During the boss fight curses should be reflected to the source of the curse, similar to how using a flame totem against a corrupting blood enemy will cause the cb to stack on the totem and not yourself.
