2x IPD on bow

I've seen people with a 2nd IPD prefix on their bow for bench craft. Can someone please explain how this works with Tora?

either its a glitch or you are seeing the increase phys% roll and the hybrid phys%+accuracy roll

There are two different mods. One is pure phys% and one is phys%+accuracy.
