Question concerning Master mod removal !

The flat phys has been the 3rd and last mod added. Now my question: In what order do mods get removed? All at once? Last one first? This info should be more commonly available imo. WTB List: - Shrubbery, only the best!; Mirror - wooden frame - 90x50cm

I think it's 'all at once'.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
