Item Rarity + SRS

Does the gem affect kills made by my SRS? The sheet rarity doesn't change if i link it. So i just wanted to make sure :)

Ahh, i'm really silly. I was levelling a second RSR to quality later, and looked at the wrong one. Sorry to waste anyone's time :/
